I'm Teresa Purugganan, a poet-writer, teacher, creativity coach, online business manager & virtual assistant, mama, auntie, human being with a fun, neurospicy brain...!
I also run Agballa Creatives, which is an offering of my work to the collective: I support highly sensitive, queer artist makers, writers, creators of culture and our descendants bring their creative & business pursuits into this reality. We are building a new way of living through our businesses, one rooted in our Ancestors, Compassion, and a deep Love for ourselves and the next seven generations after us.
As your collaborator, your co-conspirator, your manager/assistant, I'm here to provide the structure your creativity & work needs, to bring order to the chaos (in a gentle way) and get more of it out into the world.

living agballa
Agballa is Ilokano for crazy or insane. But my favorite translation is moonstruck. To be a moonstruck creative person to me means I create under the guidance of the moon and her phases. It means I create new rules for my work and life, honoring seasons of rest and reflection as well as periods of doing and action.
people over profit
I am actively conscious of the ways exploitation can be woven into mainstream business practices and ways of working under the white supremacist, colonial, capitalist patriarchy. I will not exploit and extract from myself or my collaborators by overworking beyond capacity or exploit and extract from others or the lands I live and work on in the name of profit or anything else.
relationships
As an entrepreneur, artist, and creator, I value integrity and transparency, open conversation, exchanging ideas, and trust. Instead of "boss/employee" power dynamics, I choose collaborator, co-conspirator, accomplice energy.
pleasure
Creation is a sensual process. It can be slow and seasonal. It is work done with easeful effort filled with joy. My intention is always to honor this process of timely, meaningful, connected creation. If constant urgency, immediacy, and tight timelines are your game, I am not for you.

Together with the client, we co-created and facilitated the presentation for this workshop on creating an Abundance Culture through liberatory-based personal finance practices grounded in mutual aid and trust in community.
I also managed the course materials and discussions within Mighty Networks with the graphics shown, all of which were inspired by the emergent conversation.

This was also a set of e-newsletters which I designed the Canva images for & provided prompts for the content, while the client used the prompts to draft her letters & captions.
